The staff were friendly and helpful, It had everything I needed for my stay.
Breakfast was fairly basic - cereals, toast,, ham, cheese, spreads, boiled egg, juice and coffee - but very much what I'd have at home so no issues there.

Front Desk staff have been very responsive without hesitation on any inquiry I've placed. The breakfast was made complimentary to compensate for a lack of a working tv, due to my decline in a change of rooms first offered.
Very ameniable and respectful employees at Hotel and CasaMeal Restaurant. I expressed my gratitude and complimented them. I would like the management to share this review with them all. I hope they get acknowledged and rewarded for their hospitality excellence. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I think this is the best hotel to stay at in Cheonan (definitely way better than Ramada Cheonan). The area near the hotel gives redlight district vibes, but the hotel itself is clean, the cost is reasonable, and the breakfast is good. Aprthotel kind of old but OK
Nice quiet aprthotel but no toiletries at all, Bed hard and room very small, living room OK but sofa very hard too. Very old it looks, and definitely not updated. Bath towels smaller then usual hotels hand towels.
