"The room could’ve done with a better clean. The bathroom has signs of age including mould and it was very small. The glass doors leading to the balcony were covered in smears, annd there was no coffee or creamer in the room just t bags. Other than that the room was fine. Just fine. Average. "

"A great place to stay. Straight across from the train station and surrounded by hundreds of shops and restaurants. Tram and bus stops right outside, so it is very convenient for sightseeing. Great view of Sakurajima from the lobby window. Room was smallish but functional and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests. Another one I will definitely return to ."

"Most beautiful view for an onsen that we’ve been to in Japan so far. The free town shuttles are to and from the bus / train station + 2 other downtown locations are frequent and convenient. The hotel amenities are great with so many options, a Family Mart and bakery on the premises"

"Great location right next to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, very convenient and clean hotel with polite staff. However, the full-size bed was quite uncomfortable—the mattress felt uneven and not level, which made it hard to sleep well. Good for location, but bedding needs improvement."
