everything about the hotel and the staff were exceptional. The only thing is I wished our room has more electrical outlets or the room provided an extension cord with multiple outlets. I have to plug and unplug between the coffee machine and the hot water kettle to use in between because there was only one outlet available.

Great hospitality and service, especially breakfast buffet with local grown products. The hotel was build while ago and some room layout and structure are little old fashioned. But overall my family enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic location right in front of Yokohama Station, making transportation easy. Wide wide variety of reasonably priced restaurants very close by. Nice buffet breakfast in hotel restaurant. Comfortable and clean rooms. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with easy access to the train station via either a bridge or an underground passage. The room size is quite good, offering a comfortable amount of space compared to typical hotels in Japan.

The rooms were massive for Japan. Spacious, huge comfortable beds. Spotless. The entire hotel was immaculate. The Japanese pride themselves on cleanliness, the entire city is clean compared to most of the world. Breakfast had a large selection of freshly made food from numerous regions to give all international visitors their preference of food. Very easy access from underground mall connection to subway station makes getting to and from the Airport very easy.

The room was very clean, and since they were not overly busy, they let me check-in and gave me a room around 1 pm. Which I was grateful. My only complaint is that in the bathroom the toilet had a sewage-like smell. This is not particular to this hotel; I find that hotels in Japan often have this issue, but, in a hotel of this caliber and this price was rather off-putting. This was puzzling since there was a note claiming that they use filtered water for everything including the bathroom.

Great hotel reasonable price for higher end hotels. Lovely staff easy check in. Hotel bar was expensive for a beer about $20. Across the road from the train station coming from the airport so an easy walk to reception. Big night life area not far away bars and lot's of food. Excellent little Chinese restaurant next street or two over also great food. Staff at concierge will show you where to go. We found the hotel was right there after we jumped in a taxi and showed him hotel name, he had a good laugh and pointed to it. He still drove there he didn't want to take money but I insisted he smiled and thanked us. We joined the Diamond princess cruise after this it's about $35 taxi ride to the Port from the hotel. Taxi's and users are easy and quick.
