We have a wonderful stay at this hotel and it was near shopping mall and Donki so that we could go our last day shopping in Japan. The staff was wonderful and we were able to leave our luggage with them in the morning before check in.

Enjoyed staying here - again!

This was (IIRC) our 3rd stay at The Knot, and it won't be the last. Check-in was quick and easy, the beds were comfy, and the restaurant, Smoke Door, had great food and service. A short walk from Yokohama Station, with lots of food and shopping nearby. A real gem for us.

Great location. Five minutes walk from Yokohama station. Easy access to Haneda airport. Shops, restaurants and convenience stores close by. Nice clean room. Two large beds and sofa bed for the three of us. Coffee and kettle provided. Shower gel, shampoo and condition in bathroom as well as complementary toiletries at front desk. Clean towels every day. We also used the laundry and vending machines. Staff were very polite and friendly and we were each given a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar (wine, iced tea or juice) We really enjoyed staying at The Knot Hotel.

This hotel was very interesting. It had a retro feel to it. They even use actual keys for the rooms. They give you drink coupons to use at the bar, which was nice. Surrounding area has plenty of activities and restaurants. Yokohama station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

I think the hotel was designed to look hip a little old Brooklyn style. I had dinner with friends with hotel guest discount they were offering at that time, which was great.
