the staff we very nice and attentive. the room itself is a small space but enough room for a single person to move around in. the bathroom was small and cramped so it will be tough for a tall person. the water needed to be warmed up before taking a shower. the air and heater worked very well

It is a bit of an older hotel but it’s in the middle of everything. Affordable and only problem I had was there was so much to do in one area. There are tons of malls in the area it’s so densely packed. I did accidentally book a smoker room. But it was good and an uneventful stay on for good part

Séjour mitigé… L’emplacement est pratique, et la chambre disposait d’équipements utiles comme un micro-ondes et une bouilloire. En revanche, la propreté générale laissait à désirer, notamment dans la salle de bain dont les installations étaient vieillissantes. Concernant le ménage, il faut savoir qu’il n’est pas automatique : il faut accrocher une pancarte sur la porte pour que le nettoyage soit effectué. Mais attention, si cela est demandé trop fréquemment, cela peut entraîner des frais supplémentaires. Étant resté 12 jours, j’ai donc limité les demandes à environ tous les 4 jours, ce qui reste inhabituel par rapport à d’autres hôtels japonais où l’entretien quotidien est la norme. Côté service, j’ai été surpris par l’attitude de ce qui semblait être le gérant : lorsque j’ai demandé de l’aide pour réserver un taxi, il m’a clairement fait comprendre que je devais me débrouiller seul, malgré la barrière de la langue. Il a fallu insister pour qu’il accepte finalement de passer un appel. Une expérience franchement décevante. Heureusement, le jour de mon départ, un autre employé s’est montré extrêmement professionnel et attentionné, appelant plusieurs compagnies pour m’aider à trouver un taxi vers l’aéroport. Grâce à lui, le séjour s’est terminé sur une note plus positive.

暖房の効きが悪く夜は非常に寒く、その上機械や周りの音もうるさく、殆んど眠れなかった。 バスルームは狭くシャワーも一苦労 歯磨きの味も消毒のような味だった

お勧めできないホテル

古いワンルームマンションを転用した様である。使えない電熱コンロがあったので、かなり古い。まず、受付から不気味。シャワーも浴びる気にならなかった。これで10,000円以上取るなんて、と思った。二度と行きたくない。
