Very clean comfortable rooms for such a low price. The shared bathroom was equally as clean and spacious with helpful amenities. Totally worth the price if you have a tight budget.

The place was excellent, and the front desk staff very helpful! My only complaint is that no towels or wash cloths were apparently provided, but I did bring my own, so there were no problems. I would stay at this place again next time I am in Tokyo!

Pay for the convenience!

The place was very clean and at least for me, very comfortable. I thought it was a bit pricey for the type of accommodation, but I guess the location made it up for the price. Overall rating is quite high for me!

パシフィコ横浜でのイベント参加のために利用しました。みなとみらい駅から元町・中華街駅まで2駅と近く、便利でした。キャビンなので、寝床とは別に1畳くらいの個別スペースがあり、着替えや化粧などもできて便利でした。大浴場（入れ替え制）、シャワースペース、お手洗い、すべて清潔感がありました。ドーミーイン系列ということで、ミネラルウォーターのサービス、乳酸菌飲料サービス、湯上がりアイスサービス、夜鳴きそば（カップ麺）、朝食無料サービス、無料のマンガ貸し出し、など、至れり尽くせりで大満足でした。1点だけ、上段の方のイビキが大きく、下段に響いてきましたが、耳栓やイヤフォンなどすれば気にならない程度だったので眠ることができました。個別スペースはありますが、壁で区切られてるわけではなく、物音はしますので、イビキや音に敏感な方には厳しいかもしれません。

朝食は食べないので でも、カレーを提供していたみたいです。 スタッフか、とても良い対応です。 滞在中、男性２人、女性３人の方に対応していただきましたが、どの方も満足のいく対応でした。 氷が無い時は別の機械の物を提供 領収書の迅速な対応と発行までの間ラウンジに案内し届けてくださった 貸し切り風呂の予約時間を過ぎてフロントに行った時も快い対応 自分で対応出来ない場合は他のスタッフに確認していただいた
