Everything was perfect about this hotel. The service was excellent and the hotel is very smooth and calming with its atmospheric music in the corridors while you sleep in your room. The staff were friendly the pool was relaxing to swim in and the breakfast was delicious. I will be definitely going back to this hotel if i was to return to yogyakarta.

The best things about this place are probably the breakfast and its location—it's close to Malioboro and the train station. The room is quite old, and the refrigerator doesn’t work; the staff even said it’s just for decoration.

There’s free welcome drink provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to put some of our souvenir that must be kept chilled in their main fridge (because the one in our room was not cold). They also allowed us to keep them until the afternoon before we departed from Jogja even when we already checked out. On a side note, good communication from the hotel too. I accidentally left my neck pillow and chatted with the hotel and they found it. I will collect the pillow tomorrow. Good thing I’m still in Indonesia as of the moment. Haha.

Stay in hotel was average.

Definitely a budget standard room. Towels were awful, thin, not fluffy, grey, worn out, frayed edges. Need renewing desperately. Bugs flying around lamps in restaurant, had to stop staff from spraying insecticide during our dinner. Fridge in room wasn't a fridge but a storage for snacks. Unbelievable as it's blowing warm air inside false fridge. So go figure. Took a while to eventually change faulty safe in room, wasn't screwed down. Ordered a seafood soup dish for dinner but no seafood, only veggies.

This is my second stay at the same hotel, a first for my wife and the moment she stepped into the lobby, she immediately felt the warmness and coziness of the hotel atmosphere. Warm smile and friendly staff greeted us. Again check-in was a breeze and we were assigned the same room where I stayed the last time. Some staff immediately recognised me and began greeting with my name. The female Guest Relations Officer began a conversation with my wife and both of them became friends. There were improvements being made, chair in the room were fitted with sliders, restaurant menu has changed allowing guests to try out new cuisine and a convenient coffee cafe for those who need the extra caffeine shot of the day. Both of us love the hotel and its atmosphere and not forgetting the memorable souvenir we received. Next trip is being planned and this will be the choice of hotel for our stay!

Nice and clean hotel, and excellent staffs.

朝食はバフェスタイルにもかかわらずスタッフが皿に取り分けてくれて、スクランブルエッグもその都度暖かいのを作ってくれた。コーヒーもテーブルまで運んでくれるしヒルトンやシェラトンにも劣らない充実したサービスだった。 マリオボロまでタクシーで200円くらいで行ける範囲だし、静かで良いホテルだったので今後も利用したい。 部屋で読書をする人にはライトが少し暗いかも知れない。

Great Service & Staff

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Indonesia. My first in Yogyakarta though. The best is the Manager on duty allowed us to early check in upon our arrival. It was very thoughtful considering my traveling companion and I had been on our feet since 6pm the day before and checking in at 10am was a relief.
