"We booked a lakeview room because it is close to where we need to go. Upon arriving the front desk told us they “upgraded” us to a lake view room, that of which we already booked. After we settled in our room, they called in and told us that they copied the wrong page in the passport. We need to goto the front desk and Hand them the passport again so they can verify info.
The room itself. We booked a smoke free room but the room reeks of cigarette smell. Lakeview is nice but window is dirty...

"The hotel called me for something I left in the room after checking out and mail it to me immediately. Very nice experience with clean room with beautiful view, good breakfast with a lot of choices, nice staff of great service."
