"great location with good service"

"I honestly every single thing which could go wrong went wrong. We checked in early and due to a mixture of being exhausted from travel, a language barrier and the assumption that maybe there was an issue between hotels.com and the hotel I didn’t fully understand they wanted 100% room rate for these extra hours. We felt having the hotel connected to the park would be a fantastic opportunity to head to the park and come and go as you please, you only have 1 free reentry to the park. We wanted to stop for a bite to eat in the hello kitty restaurant, they welcomed us in as we wanted to see what was on offer. We were told we couldn’t eat there which changed from a no to we are full when the restaurant was half empty. There is no bar in the restaurant as an FYI and they are strict on rules that no outside food or drink entry the hotel. The room was dusty which we didn’t realise until after leaving the room and noticing we both stopped being congested as soon as we had some fresh air. My friend had a later flight than myself and wanted to use the amenities after we checked out. She left the sauna to help me bring the luggage down and upon leaving the amenities area was told she would be charged to return. They graciously allowed her back in after complaining Staying here was an extremely expensive mistake for 1 night (priced at 2) and honestly you gain very little staying here over staying literally anywhere else"

"Staying at the Signiel Seoul was like a dream amongst the clouds. I stayed 91 floors up, away from the bustle of the city, and enjoyed a gorgeous view. My room was spacious and smartly designed with a soundproofing wall as well as a valet box. All the furnishings, down to the Frette slippers and minibar drinkware, were extremely well curated. Everything that I needed and more was taken care of by the attentive staff. They even assisted me with all of my luggage to the airport limousine. I used their spa twice, their gym twice, as well as their laundry services. The experience for each was the quality you’d expect at a top hotel like this. The staff provided flawless and consistent service. I also dined at the Lounge, at Bar 81, at Stay, and in-room. The quality of both food and service did not disappoint at all of these places. Stay is a Michelin guide restaurant, and the value you get for the quality, service, and vibe is amazing. Surprisingly, this Korean hotel is a great place to find artisanal French fare. If you’re looking for world-class luxury in Korea, definitely stay at the Signiel Seoul. It will be an unforgettable experience!"
