For those looking to stretch their legs, the scenic trails around the West Thumb Geyser Basin offer stunning lake views, allowing your four-legged companions to explore the unique geothermal features safely. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the charming Mammoth Hot Springs, where pets are welcome on leash, and you can stroll through the terraced formations while soaking in the extraordinary landscape. If you're up for a bit of wildlife watching, the Lamar Valley is perfect for spotting bison and elk, with plenty of open space for your pet to roam (on a leash, of course!). Lastly, consider staying in Gardiner, a pet-friendly town just outside the park's north entrance, which provides convenient access to Yellowstone's vast wilderness while offering several hotels that cater to your needs, ensuring a comfortable stay with attentive service. Ridgeline Hotel at Yellowstone, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Ridgeline Hotel at Yellowstone, an Ascend Collection Hotel

8/10 Good
"Front desk has 2 ladies who worked in afternoon till 9:00 pm / they are fantastic .!!! Bravo - amazing customer service . They understand business . However in the morning , young lady with an attitude, zero customer service . She absolutely needs to be trained by 2 ladies that I described above or she needs to be fired . When I brought an issue to her - her first response was - if you are asking me to give you discount on room - it’s not going to happen . That was so disgusting and so unprofessional. You listen to customer and understand the issues presented. My only intent was to ket front desk know that they have pipe issues that makes loud noises all knight long . Fortunately in the evening we did talk to another lady who understood issue and wax extremely professional about the issue ."
