"We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. "

"Amamos nuestra estadía, el dueño es un señor super amable, super servicial y nos encariñamos de él de lo lindo que es. El Ryokan está padrísimo, en muy buenas condiciones y la ubicación es muy buena. El señor nos llevó en auto al monkey Forest y nos dio muchas recomendaciones para visitar en Nagano. Tiene un muro con billetes de todo el mundo que los inquilinos donan, y él se pone muy contento de recibirlos y los coloca cuidadosemente junto con el nombre de quien lo donó. También tiene dibujos...
