"Everything is good."

"Very good place and hospitality. "

"Fantastic hotel, fantastic food, fantastic staff. Highly recommended, would love to return!"

"Helpful staff, a lovely room, excellent food and beautiful surroundings made our stay a highlight of our visit to Japan. Highly recommended for people who enjoy stays in quieter villages. We will return."

"I have tried my best to contact the property via different means, including email them, message them via Expedia and contact via the Expedia agent, But they didn’t respond at all!!!!"

"Good Service, good staffs, good meals, everything is good"

"We arrived to find a hotel that had misplaced our reservation, that could either be their fault or the fault of Travelocity. When we were finally escorted to a room, it was run down and filthy. There were stains on the walls and doors, the hallways had a faint smell of disuse and mildew, it was entirely unpleasant. "Hotel staff is passionated and their dining is high quality. Nothing much nearby so stay in the hotel to enjoy their program and facility"

"Absolutely amazing experience staying at this property. It was so beautiful, the meals were a feast for both the eyes and the mouth and the service was unmatched."

"Great stay. Enjoyed the private Spa."

"Conveniently location, offering delicious and plentiful breakfasts, and a comfortable environment."

"best house keeper"

"Clean, welcoming, very nice onsen experience."

"The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and in a very convenient location."

"Excellent onsen "
