Perfect Experience

We took a vacation with my mom for 2 night. Staff is really professional. It felt like a 5 Star hotel experience. Place is clean. Renting a car is strongly recommended if you want to visit beautiful places in the city.

Not good, the customer service was not very good, the black bird hotel with dirty bathrooms and torn towels. I made a video, I can show. I got a rash all over my body after their pools.do not recommend it to anyone.

Islak alanda temizlik iyiydi.Oda kokusu kötüydü. Sabah kahvaltısında yiyecekler tuz oranı ayarsız,çeşit azlığı ve tazeliği yoktu. kurumuştu. Akşam yemeği tavuk yemekleri hep kuruydu. Yemekler vasattı. Memnun kalmadık. Wifi çalışmıyordu. Müşteriler oteldeyken tadilat işleri devam ediyordu. Havuzda havalandırma çalışmıyor ve bu nedenle çok bunaltıcı bir hava vardı. Çıkışta ödeme noktasında ekstra harcamalarımıza almadığımız bone yazılmıştı. Havuza bonesiz girişler çok fazla ama bunu takip eden görevli yok.

Otel imkanları iyiydi. Oda ısısı aşırı sıcak olduğu için zaman zaman balkon kapısını açarak odayı havalandırdık. Kalorifer ayarlanamıyordu. Personel çok kibar, çalışkan ve yeterliydi. Öte yandan yarı yıl tatili sebebiyle müşteri sayısı çok fazlaydı. Akşam yemeği için zengin bir büfe vardı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Ancak havuz ve diğer imkanlar otelin oda kapasitesine göre artırılabilir.

Otel personeli ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü, temiz yeni bir otel, termal bölgesine göre güzel bir otel ortalamanın üstünde. Kadın havuzu ve ortak havuz çok küçüktü. karşı otelde düğün vardı saat 12 ye kadar gürültüden duramadık o bitti fırtınadan elektirikler kesilince bu sefer jeneratör çalışmaya başladı bu sefer sabaha kadar onun gürültüsünden uyuyamadık otel odaları duvarları çok ince yan odadaki şahıs sabaha kadar televizyon seyretti 3 kere otel resepsiyonunu aradık sonuç alamadık şahıs otele televizyon seyretmeye gelmiş galiba ayrıca termal havuz küçük buna rağmen konaklayan sayısı fazla olunca orası halk plajına dönmüştü kaçtık kurtulduk sonuç olarak çok köyü bir deneyim

The hotel played and replayed the same fast instrumental music all the time. İ could even hear it in my room. Very annoying. Why not play a relaxing slow paced music? Whoever is the decision maker at the hotel does not understand that people come to Termal/ Gökçedere to rest. The walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations, children crying, etc. The buffet is okay, but repeats the same menu every day. I stayed three nights and the last night I skipped the dinner even though it was included. The hotel was packed with families with small children, mostly Turkish and Arabs, most women were wearing hijabs and some were dressed all in black. They seat at all times in the lobby “bar” loudly talking, while their little kids run around the area. In sum, the hotel lacks coziness and character. I do not recommend it for solo travelers and for couples without children. On the positive note, I did enjoy the spa. The services are a little bit more expensive than in other hotels in the area, but reasonable. I liked the dog on the porch; a turkish kangal, very friendly, but undernourished. It became my friend after I gave it some meat leftovers from the buffet. Followed me around the street when I went out for a walk. So I fed him more and pet him :). The spa and this dog made my stay at Blackbird hotel more enjoyable.

Temiz, güzel otel.Personeli saygılı ve yardımsever

Otel gayet temiz ve düzenli, otel personeli müşteriye karşı gayet kibar, saygılı ve yardım severler. Odamız gayet güzel ve temizdi ayrıca baya bir sıcaktı. Çatısındaki sıcak sulu açık havuz çok küçük, en alt kattaki termal havuz boyut olarak iyi su sıcaklığı makul seviyede. İki günlük tatilimizden otel imkanları (bu arada yemekler baya iyi ve lezzetli) ve personel açısından memnun kaldık, tek sorun müşteri portföyü açısından termal otel olması hasebiyle genelde hayat yapımıza uymayan ailelerin olması ve çok fazla çocuk olması biraz rahatsız etti. Bu konseptteki bir otele bir daha gelir miyim cevap hayır ama bunun sebebi otel veya personeli kesinlikle değil, tamamen termal otel konsepti bize uymadığı için.
