It was our first time taking our dog to a hotel with us and we couldn’t have had an easier time. The pricing was fair, the staff was kind, and my dog made herself at home in no time. My kids enjoyed the pool and I slept very well sharing a room with them which was a big deal because I was recovering from some major dental work during my stay. We will continue to be exclusive to the Hilton brands from here on out and next time we go out of town we will definitely bring the dog again!

This was a very nice spot for a quick overnight stay in Yakima. Clean, comfortable, and nice staff!

Everything was good clean room and service but the AC/HEATER unit by window was very noisy. Once set on 72 it wouldn't make no noise but once you turn on higher temp on 73 or 74F the heater would start making a loud noise and then it would stop and once it ended the cycle of getting to temperature it would make the noise. Couldn't sleep great all of our family my 1 year and 3 year old and husband didn't have the best sleep. We would set the temp higher since it would get really cold. Told front desk but they said they couldn't help us with refund or something because we booked through Expedia. So who covers an issue like that then?

Too much noise and not able to sleep whole night , I was staying # 232 , kids keep running till night 1:30am on Feb 19 . We have not slept whole night with one infant

A beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. The room was very clean, and spacious. The breakfast had nice options even for us who have dietary restrictions. Location is great, plenty of restaurants near by and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again!!

Definitely stay again!!
Great hotel and location. Very friendly, helpful and kind staff. Only comment would be more variety in breakfast. After a week stay, the same offerings are a bit repetitive.

We enjoyed this seemingly new property with amenities like the hot tub. Suite was large and had a refrigerator with freezer.

Decent stay for one night
Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was clean and very spacious. We were on the first floor at the end of the hallway next to the outdoor exit. So, there was a little noise from people coming in and out of that side door. There was also a dog in the room right next to us. It barked quite a few times in the evening and then again the next morning. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were not. So, overall, not a great night's sleep. We didn't get a chance to have breakfast the morning after our stay. I would stay here again, but would definitely request a room on a higher floor this time.

Great but streaming service wasn’t working
Everything was great except could not get the streaming services to work on our tv. Contacted the front desk and they said they’d get someone to help troubleshoot but they never got back to us.
