This was our fourth fourth holiday Inn Express that we've stayed in during our travels. As always, the place is nice, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel was very busy, and there were a few little things about it that weren't as good as it could be , that's why I only gave some four stars. All things considering I would stay there again.

This was a very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was excellent great selection. Robes would be nice to go to the pool but other then that great location. Will stay again

Hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is nice. Pillows are the typical uncomfortable hotel type that collapse to paper thin. Not much for food or entertainment in walking distance.

Not bad, just frustrating.
The only thing that I didn’t like is that when I booked thru hotels.com, it didn’t say anything about a $300 hold on my card. Even though I was only staying one night and I’m local, they still held the money on my card.

Overall good. Only the staff at checking in did not seem honest when we asked for a room facing the back parking at first said ok then after giving us the keys and we asked again to confirm, he hesitated and said there’s no others room. Really doubt that given the activity we saw at this one specific time.

I’m sure they are understaffed but I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk when I arrived. The lady was very nice and did a good job but they obviously need more people working here.

I didn’t like that I booked a king size room a couple days in advance and then was put me in a room with two queen beds. Rooms are very nice and clean. Does have really great breakfast, probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Hello and thank you so much for staying at our location. I dove into your reservation more closely and the room type that was booked that came through our system was called a CSTN Room type. That Room Type is called a flow through room meaning that we as a hotel place you in whatever we have available at the time. I do apologize again for the miscommunication for the king room.
