Pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Big clean room, great amenities, decent breakfast. Close to food. The only thing I wish they had was a Netflix option on the TV as the channels didn’t really have much available.

Breakfast was the highlight. Good size room, pretty good soundproofing. Our mini split compressor was insanely loud, caused issues with sleeping. Ruined what would have been an all positive stay. Needs to be fixed asap.

Loved the location being close to where my dad and family live and not all the way on the other side of town. Staff were prompt with questions and guidance. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was a great temp. LOVED my king size bed and room. Will for sure do a staycation again with them.

This property meets our needs very nicely for our trips to Yakima. The location is great for us accessing west Yakima. We can count on a consistent breakfast. The rooms are fine. Parking is easy, even during busy times. The staff have always been very responsive and helpful.

This is a very nice place. The employees are very welcoming and helpful. The pool is very nice. The hot tub had a problem with the thermostat and was extremely hot but wasn’t a problem for us. The breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal,muffins etc. our room was a nice size and very clean. We have stayed here before and will stay there again when we get back to Yakima.

The room was very clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and they have soups or chili to eat during the day and into the evening. Very comfortable and welcoming.

I stayed here with my family and gave this place 2 out of 5 stars because I genuinely liked the staff! Everyone was so friendly, kind, and welcoming. Their hospitality was one of the best parts of our stay, which makes writing this review difficult. Unfortunately, cleanliness needs improvement. The pool could use more cleaning, but my biggest concern was the pull-out couch. We suspect it may have had bed bugs. My mom sat on the couch and ended up with bites all over her arms. My children slept on it and developed strange bumps that looked like bug bites on their arms and legs. Thankfully, we spent most of our vacation out enjoying ourselves and mainly used the room to sleep. I'm grateful we weren't there more because the bites could've been worse. One of my biggest fears when traveling is bringing bed bugs home in our luggage. Nobody should have to worry about that after paying for a room. I hope management takes this seriously, inspects the furniture, and addresses any pest problems. I hate leaving this review because I really appreciated the wonderful staff. If it weren't for these cleanliness concerns, I would've given a much higher rating. I hope these issues get resolved so future families can enjoy their stay without worrying about bugs
