"The hotel is very close to BTS station and the airport- link (within walking distance). The room is clean, well-tended, equipped with great amenities. The hotel has a very nice garden where one can sit and read books at leisure. The breakfast is of excellent taste and quality. "

"I've stayed here many years and I can say the rooms are very clean, give you bathroom shampoo/conditioner, bottles of water, fridge, hair dryer, and then staff will go out of their way to meet and exceed your expectations! Highly recommend getting the free breakfast, it's buffet style with a wonderful selection and sit by their beautiful large goldfish pond! Restaurant is also great and is open air and the food is delicious! Always will be back again and again! Sincerely Elizabeth!"

"Stayed for a 2 night pit stop. staff very helpful. Clean rooms and was given a room upgrade. The room was huge. Good breakfast and very reasonable priced food from the pool bar. Would stay again. "

"The only problems with the Hitel is that the gym is too small. Also the name has a problem because all the taxis i booked took me to Sukhumvik (even after showing on maps my address) which is 30 minutes away. Thats an hour total. Happened 3 times. Very annoying and expensive. "

Location: FANTASTIC -Firstly, it is beside two BTS stations: Victory Monument (this has easier access and is sheltered) and Phaya Thai -One can also access the Airport Rail at Phaya Thai -Nearby 7-11 convenience stores Rooms: COMFORTABLE -Lovely and spacious rooms -Bed and pillows are comfortable -Nice touches that I appreciated: the room temperature/ airconditioning can be fully adjusted! The wardrobe opens both outwards into the room as well as inwards into the bathroom for easy access -One minus point: there were no power points or phone charging points beside the bed (wasn’t an issue for me - it promotes good sleep hygiene anyway) Service: -Friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out were prompt and hassle-free Amenities; -Great buffet breakfast with a wide spread of local as well as international dishes; one would be spoilt for choice! -Gym is well equipped and the pool/ sun deck was big and spacious I think the location and comfort were big plus points here. "
