"I love the convenience of extended stay hotels because I can make my own meals instead of having to eat out or eat food from the hotel that I may not like or can't eat. However, more cons than pros this time... DON'T make your guests pay for dishes! I've stayed at extended stays that provide them for you with no problems. Stop being greedy! Also check in staff wasn't the talkative type I guess. Just get to the point and move on attitude. Would have also been nice to know at check in that your room door automatically locks you out at 10am!!! Seriously? I've never stayed anywhere that does this, even an extended stay. I had to go out of my way to get the key to work again. If I knew this prior I could have had my son stay in the room to make sure I could get back in after going to get the luggage cart! A hook on the back of the bathroom door would be extremely helpful! How can you not have something so simple? Seriously, no hairdryer either? Whether people use them or not, the less I have to pack and remember, the better. Never stayed at any hotel that didn't provide one; it's just standard! So, evidently this extended stay has had problems with people overstaying their welcome/extended stay???? So ya'll don't provide hardly ANY conveniences that your guests need while there for longer periods of time? Then DON'T BOTHER BEING AN EXTENDED STAY! It's the bare minimum here people! No reason ya'll can't keep the standards."
