"rooms were mostly clean. we did have a few items of debris behind the night stand that I wasnt comfortable in picking up. Rooms were very beautifully laid out., beds were SUPER comfortable, we like more of a firmer mattress and thats exactly what out bed was. pillows were a little soft but my other half loved them. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was not what I was expecting. all items were cold items. I thought we were getting a hot breakfast, but that was my fault for not calling and verifying. the view of the beach was perfect. Not sure I will stay again due to we like to stay at different places when we travel. but maybe someday we will come back around to this hotel. All in all it was a good stay."

"Surprisingly clean and nice. The breakfast was awesome. The hot tub is nice and clean. The room was clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The staff, especially the woman tending breakfast, was so nice and helpful. Much nicer hotel than you might expect."

"This was a great option that was among the most budget-friendly, especially for places within walking distance of Nye Beach! The staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub and sauna were all great. I would recommend this place for anyone heading to Newport!"
