"The front desk staff were friendly and seemed to try to accommodate us. Upon checking in we asked for a quiet room on the top floor but was told we we in a room on the bottom floor by the entrance but that there wasn’t a room above us, this turned out not to be the case. We heard every foot step so I asked again for a different room but I was given a room on the top floor for only the first night of the 3 night stay.
