"The staff are wonderful. The property is just outside the pedestrian area…so very quiet at night. Very comfortable room. The view of the harbor was spectacular . We stayed in room 154 that had a nice balcony. Parking for the entire city is problematic…not the fault of the hotel. We ended up parking at the public parking at the port….short walk to the hotel."

"This review relates specifically to a situation that we had. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and during one of those nights the hotel had a number of school aged children that were running unsupervised up and down the halls and banging on doors, yelling, etc. We called down to complain twice and the second time the person at reception was quite rude and hung up on us- he was clearly frustrated as well. Quite a surprise to experience this in a 4 star hotel. While they apologized, they could have...
