"Absolutely the best experience! Highly recommended!! Lin Lin and her partner are such great hosts! They helped me with literally everything I needed and beyond! Also great companies, truly nice people. Their place is so well cared and it has been the most beautiful place I have visited in my trip. Aesthetically pleasing, calming, I would like to stay there even longer! And to make the experience even more perfect I had the best sleeping nights ever - sleep hygiene, they should announce that! "The wash machine and dryer is very convenient, close to the lake, good place to watch sunrise."

"Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Breakfast is served at 8:30am everyday. The location is a bit inconvenient unless you get there by car. "

"It’s a five stars hotel. We stayed in high floor with beautiful lake view. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The door to my room was left open before I arrived so the room had several insects inside. The staff also didn't seem prepared for international guests. The view from the facility is very nice, but overall the hotel looks a bit poorly maintained compared to the pictures."

"It was a good stay here. Staff are very nice and friendly and gave many useful information about planning for the trip. The signature ocean view room is very clean and comfortable and face to ErHai directly. 15 mins driving distance to the airport.40 minutes driving time to the ancient city. If you want to relax and enioy Erhai beach, this is a good place."

"Uniquely designed complex with beautiful gardens. Friendly staff."

"i stayed here for a visit with friends and was happy with it. the hotel is clean and comfortable with surprisingly large rooms. it's more of a group-tour hotel with lots of tour buses around - but good value for a comfortable room located near some of the major sights in Dali. The breakfast was very good. I'd recommend it for someone who wants affordable comfort while exploring Dali."

"The view is the best"

"Overall was good."

"Xiaoxin was incredibly helpful with everything we needed and offered us very good suggestions about the surrounding area. She made the stay a lot better than it would have been without her assistance."

"The staff offers us with extraordinary service, and the facility is new and well maintained. We had a great experience at this guesthouse."
