"I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. "

"Ese hostelero no existe, la ubicación que da la aplicación me llevo a un lugar que no tiene construcción y cuando volví a pedir que me ubica .te lleva a otro lugar que tampoco conocen, luego pedí a una señora que llame al teléfono que proporciona la aplicación porque creo que probablemente nos ayude, pero una grabación dice que ese número no existe "

"This hotel was very nice. It is centrally located a few meters from the drum tower, the bell tower, and the muslim quarter - all of which are "must sees" for any tourist. The room was clean and nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. You could even wash your clothes in their laundry for free. That was a great perk. My only complaint about the hotel was that the fitness center (gym) was a little sparse. There were two treadmills, a weight bench, and some dumbbells. I try to work out regularly when I travel and it was not as good as some other hotels I stay at. Otherwise, it was excellent."
