Wir waren nur von Freitag bis Sonntag in Wuppertal.
Das Fachwerk Hotel hat einen Charm, von dem wir sehr angesprochen wurden. Der freundliche Empfang und das gemütliche Zimmer, ließen uns den Aufenthalt genießen.
Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Es wäre alles super gewesen, wenn die Dame an der Rezeption etwas Flexibilität bewiesen hätte. Ich verbrachte 3 Nächte dort und wollte nach der ersten Nacht in ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss umziehen, da es unter dem Dach nachts 30 Grad hatte. Das verweigerte sie mir unter dem Hinweis auf die Codenummer zum Öffnen der Haupttür, die vorweg per Mail versandt wurde ( als hätte die geändert werden müssen, Blödsinn). Es hätte ein Hinweis für den anreisenden Gast genügt, dass sich die Zimmernummer geändert hätte. So musste ich leider wegen der herrschenden Hitze 3 Nächte fast schlaflos in dem Hotel verbringen.
Es war nur zu teuer für das was es bot. Zimmer war gepflegt und sauber. Personal freundlich. Allerdings das Gesamtpaket ist zu teuer. Preis/Leistung /Location stimmt für meinen Anspruch nicht. Frühstück extra.
Schöne Atmosphäre, gut geschlafen, alles Notwendige war vorhanden, einziges Manko : Der Parkplatz, vor dem Haus zu wenige und zeitlich begrenzt, das in der Nähe befindliche Parkhaus umständlich zu erreichen.
It was a very short stay given I checked in quite late and departed early in the morning. However, the room and facilities could not be faulted. I only wish that I checked in earlier to enjoy them more!

Frisch renoviertes Fachwerkhaus, moderne, neue Zimmer, sehr sauber. Tolles Frühstück persönlich angereicht. Einchecken war ungewöhnlich, per Mail kam Instruktion, wo der Schlüssel für den Hoteleingang liegt, im Hotel (Haus mit Zimmern) lag der Zimmerschlüssel im Umschlag. Rezeption und Frühstücksraum im Gebäude nebenan, eine umgebaute, top modern eingerichteten Kirche. TOP. Sehr freundliches Personal. Umgebung: Die Vorstellung, wo ein Fachwerkhaus wohl stehen würde, war eine ganz andere. Parkplatz muss man suchen.
