For my daughter's first stay in Würuburg

It was a reservation for my daughter who visited Würzburg alone for her 6 month exchange student course. Since she arrived too late that date. I made a reservation there fir her. Thank You for your services. She sleped well and had her breakfast well in your hotel.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Noisy due to road traffic and buses nearby, as well as a hostel next door. No AC in room. Clean and neat room. Convenient location next to train station.

Close to the Banhof, friendly staff, but meh.

We wanted a hotel close to the train station, and it was indeed very close to the train station. So for that it served our purpose. The beds and pillows weren’t comfortable in our opinion, and no air flow in the room made us both too hot to sleep with a blanket and too cold to sleep without one. Don’t recommend paying for the breakfast, it was the worst we’ve experienced in Germany. There are lovely bakeries nearby that you’ll enjoy much more for your €10. The people who worked there are all lovely, so there’s that.

Very friendly reception staff, very welcoming. Clean and comfy rooms. On a busy street so noisy at night sometimes and no tea/coffee facilities in room but these were available at front desk.

Across the Street from the Main Train Station....perfect. Everything else is within walking distance. The only thing one must watch for are bicyclists. The Hotel is clean, the Staff friendly and professional. The Room was and comfortable. It faced the Main Street and was remarkably quiet. Breakfast was on the 1st Floor and adequate and fresh. It was a pleasant stay and we'd stay there again.

Right opposite train station

I stayed for 4 nights, doing day trips to region daily by train. Location was super convenient for that and centre wasnt far either.House keeping did a great job every day. However, I pay hotels for sleeping and here I could not do that. Even though I asked twice for a quiet room, they failed to give it to me. One or two nights is ok, but 4 nights In a noise was too much. Also there was no fan in 34C heat but I couldnt keep window open at night because of the aforementioned. Breakfast was bread, youghurt, fruit. Basic but ok.

Really hot and claustrophobic

Room was so small. Single bed. Was stifling hot even with the window open (although with the window open it is so noisy). There is no air con and no fan provided. It is ridiculously expensive for a tiny, poor room. The least they could do is provide a fan, rather than charge 10 euros for one. Tap didnt give out cold water, so i brushed my teeth in lukewarm water and the toilet paper was so thin it kept ripping.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral und die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Durch die Lage am Hauptbahnhof hat man leider einen konstanten Lärmpegel und keine Möglichkeit kostenlos zu parken. Die Betten meiner Meinung nach etwas bequemer sein können, besonders das Kissen hat schon durchgelegen.
