Basic but well-maintained property. Staff friendly. Right across from an excellent beach, with groceries and wildlife sanctuary very close. Price was fare. Downside - the swimming pool closes at 6pm, and there was no blanket on our bed. Just a sheet.

Good location in Worthing - close to beaches, restaurants and supermarket. Room was comfy, but kitchenette was even smaller than expected. Bit noisy from the road and nearby music, but didn’t really bother us. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was great, just wish it had been open for dinner! Overall a good stay and good value.

Excellent budget option.

I stayed here for a last minute beach getaway. Staff is nice and property is in good condition. Pool is lovely and the room was spacious. A balcony and blowdryer were unexpected perks. Fortunately, the AC was powerful, but only available in the bedroom, so the kitchen and living room stayed uncomfortably warm, but I wasn't there much. Very easy access to the bus lines. The only drawback was the disappointing beach. It was very narrow with lots of seaweed, so I had to visit beaches further up the coast. There's two grocery stores and a food truck park within 5 minutes walk.
