"The Oxford is a nice clean hotel, it served our needs for a quick 2 night stay. I feel the staff good of better informed us of the amenities and breakfast hours and happy hour. They put 2 tickets in our key envelope with no explanation so we missed out on breakfast. Other than that it was clean and comfortable."

"Our stay was ok. Check in was good. Room was ok and very quiet. It was clean but dark. The walls are painted a dark slate with similar colour blinds and tiles in the bathroom. It had a pool view but being tucked into a corner behind an access ramp made it feel very dark, even with the sun in the morning shining in. The beds are a little soft and the furnishings are heavily scratched and need to be resurfaced. Restaurant is excellent and we highly recommend it. Location is great for access to downtown and shopping."

"The only ice was from the water color in the front, the continental breakfast was waffles, cold and hot cereal which was a lot more basic than I could have anticipated. The hotel is clearly dated though the lobby had clearly had a recent renovation. I was fairly let down. Red lions are usually a bit dated but felt like this one missed the normal quality."

"The waterpark price should be included with the room. The room was so noisy, the people upstairs must've had a kid that was stomping and running everywhere. The front desk couldn't do anything about it until 10 PM. The breakfast was good"

"The staff was incredible. I had a very private conference call I needed to attend unexpectedly and the front desk office allowed me to use their conference room no questions asked. Everyone was kind and pleasant"

"Breakfast options were great, pool and hot tub clean and at perfect temperatures, Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Everything was very clean. The armchair and headboard could stand to be replaced (vinyl wearing through and headboard looked like a cat had scratched into it on one side. I know they don't allow pets and the damage was by a guest who clearly broke the rules.Location was great and the price matched the hotel. It wasn't perfect, but it was what we paid for. Something more modern would have easily been at least $50 more/night."
