"Several people sleeping in the parking lot with their vehicles running. Dirty rooms, elevator needs service felt like it was going to fall when using it. Dirty bedding. Place smelled like Indian food and weed."

"The worst hotel stay I’ve experienced in many years. Other guests on our floor were extremely noisy all night. Not from rowdiness - it was from a couple fighting all night. When I went to shower in the morning the bottom of the bathtub was covered in dirt. I took a chance when I selected a Best Western hotel. I don’t know that I will ever be able to trust a Bedt Western hotel in the future."

"When we entered the hotel the staff was approachable and helped get us our keys and offered us a water for our room. The room was clean and the pool was nice and the hot tub, we enjoyed the breakfast options as well lots of variety for everyone. "

"I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the wall by the bed. I never felt unsafe, but it seems to be housing for a lot of people now. The front desk personnel were nice, but defensive because I didn't report this upon check in, but I left to visit family and came back late and didn't do a walk thru, it was the next morning when I went to shower and found dusty grime on the toilet tank lid, and steamrolled from there. I chked out that day."

"Very friendly staff, quiet, clean, comfy beds, great heat and cooling in the room. Gorgeous campus. Friendly and delicious coffee shop across the street on campus. Very pleased it was LGBTQ+ friendly. Will stay again. "
