"Check in was quick and easy. The property ,however, did not have on site parking. Valet is offered and there are parking garages across the street at a much cheaper rate. The Hotel offers a small store which has a selection of incidentals. Restaurants and excursions are within walking distance. My major gripe with the location is that the closest store is miles away. In our drives through downtown OKC, we did not come upon stores of any kind. "

"We recently stayed at OKANA Resort and overall had a good experience. The pool was definitely a highlight the temperature was perfect and made it really enjoyable to relax and spend time there. The food prices were reasonable for a resort, which we appreciated. We do wish the app had a bit more information about daily activities. One issue we experienced was with housekeeping essentials; we arrived to empty body wash, conditioner, and shampoo, and although we were told we were on a rush priority list after calling, it took over an hour to receive them. We ultimately had to ask a housekeeper directly to get what we needed. Parking was somewhat challenging if you don’t pay for the garage parking space. Uncovered parking is not too bad when the weather is nice the walk is not bad, but when the weather is cold and windy you can second guess not paying for the covered parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"This is a very nice hotel at a great price. The sheets were so lovely. The staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Safe area, good parking. Stores in walking distance. Quick 10 minute drive downtown. Would recommend! "

"Impeccable Service and Wonderful Atmosphere. The Ellison does things exceedingly well. This jewel of a boutique hotel meets all of the right standards. The rooms are lovely comfortable and beautifully clean. Nothing was out of place. Everything was done to a level of high expectancy. The rooms are very inviting, views pleasant, showers great, everything was on par for a wonderful and relaxing stay. The hotel itself is very attractive and well designed. The restaurant Milo was great with delicious food. The bartender Zach was terrific. The restaurant manager so accommodating. AJ at my check in was sublime. The entire staff at this hotel was seamlessly efficient and effective. Jarod that changed out bulb and cleared a slow drain was without exception thorough in everything he touched. I didn't catch everyone's names, but without exception they were excellent in their positions. If I called for anything, it was there in a couple of minutes. The employees are obviously treated well here and seem to enjoy their jobs, and it shows! The rooftop pool and patio are nice as well. To boot you can't beat the surrounding area that is this hotel setting. I'm well please to say the least and I cannot wait to return! I simply loved it and the parking was free. Mr. Ellison the writer that this hotel was named after, the writer of The Invisible Man, would be so pleased. I felt seen! Impeccable Ellison, simply impeccable!"
