"Lovely room on 22nd floor had great views of the harbour and surrounds. The staff at the Shangri-La are lovely and friendly, the rooms are serviced daily and I liked having a Nespresso in the room. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy walking to everything. The Harbour Bridge, The Opera House, Circular Quay (for Ferries and Metro), The Rocks' selection of great Eateries, Gelatos, and Kid's Playground. Will be back.
