"Our stay was disappointing from the beginning. We arrived about 40 minutes early to check in, but the front desk was having issues with their system. We were told they had just switched to a new system, which was causing delays. Unfortunately, we had to get out of line multiple times and were not finally checked in until after 4 PM. Once we got to the room, there were several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. The bathroom had visible mildew/mold around the shower areas, dirty vents, rust and buildup on fixtures, damaged caulking, and signs of poor upkeep. The room also had stained/scuffed walls, worn furniture, and areas that did not appear properly cleaned or maintained. Staff did offer to clean the room further or move us after we reported the issues, which we appreciated, but by then we had already unpacked and settled in, making it very inconvenient to switch rooms. Overall, for the price paid, the experience did not meet expectations. I feel some type of discount, partial refund, or accommodation would have been appropriate considering both the delayed check-in and the condition of the room. Hopefully management improves both the customer service process and room quality moving forward."

"We live our stays here, little detail now, they ask you to strip beds and do things that should be for cleaning staff, hard to tip if you're doing all the cleaning."

"Breakfast just ok. The room was big with full refrigerator and microwave but the couch was very uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was good size , the worst part was that the very noisy fan is connected to the light and you can’t shut it off unless you are turning off the light. They had a coffee maker with pods but it did not work. "

"Customers service was excellent, there are some areas that need some updates but all around a great hotel to stay with family. Extra points for having the outdoor pool heated. "

"Most of the staff are great and accommodating. The rooms are Mostly clean. Generally if you dont mind a little chaos, its a decent Motel 6 to stay. They could use a few upgrades but overall im content with my stays here. "

"We had a wonderful room- fairly large for king size and it was great for what we needed- a quick weekend getaway to celebrate Mother’s Day. We enjoyed a quiet dinner at Elementa and took our chances at the Blackjack table. The dealers were personable and helpful. We won, we lost, we won again. And, most importantly, had fun! The next day we relaxed by the pool and enjoyed some small bites. We left feeling refreshed for the new week. Thanks! We will definitely be back. "
