"The room was nice ok not spectacular. The bed was way way too soft. The rooms does not have microwave ovens. And I had no choice this time so I stayed there. It was on the weekend nearly $300 that room was not worth $300. Next time I will plan better and stay in Florence. $600 for two rooms for 1 nights. I will not book again. The front desk employee was very pleasant."

"Our stay was good for just one night. The room was surprisingly very nice and cozy. The outside of it isn't spectacular but the hotel was nice. The only downside was after our evening we saw a few ants in the tub, didn't know where they were coming from. However, they disappeared and went somewhere else. The shower was nice and the water was spectacular temperature. Thanks for a great stay. We didn't get to have any breakfast with them because we left early the next morning. We would stay here again."
