I thought since checking out was at 12 at noon then checking in would be the same time but it was at 3 o'clock in the afternoon . The staff we're great and very nice . The bathroom in our room didn't have a fan so that was unusual . On television i wasn't able to download any of my streaming services ...

The Lodge at Wisp Resort
Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either.
