"we had a room with a kitchenette but it really isn't a kitchenette No plates cups or cutlery also no stove top or cooking facility as describe by Expedia. omly a micro wave and small fridge. Also the sheets on the bed came undone through out the night very ill fitting (elastic worn out) they need to invest on new bedding Breakfast was adequate provided in a meeting room as I believe there dining was be remodelled."

"This is a beautiful hotel and we have enjoyed staying there on many occasions. This time we were not advised until after we booked a non refundable room that the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable. It looks like they are completely und ready renovation so it’s not a one off. It would be nice if that was listed before you make a non refundable reservation."
