"Staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. All staff went out of the way to make the stay comfortable for us. Definitely recommend this place if you are landing in Lapaz. cable car station is less than a minute walk and very convenient location. the only downside is expedia gave us a free 30min massage voucher and the massage therapist didnt do a good job. "

"This is the second time my family stays in this hotel and they had a great experience, good location to go to the center and the south of the city. Pretty good breakfast and the room completely comfortable. We highly recommend Ritz hotel to anyone."
