"The staff was great upon checkin. The sink in my room was dirty, and there was dirt on the bed cover, as well. The checkout prompted me to leave my key in the room, but that backfired when I tried to leave the parking garage because it requires your room key."

The restaurant serves some very good breakfast! It would be nice if there was a pool or hot tub, but that's not a deal breaker. Aweaome place, I'd definitely stay here again!"

"The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and the lobby and room was clean. The rooms and bathrooms are very small compared to the other Madison hotels and the gym is pretty much non existent. The other downside is no hotel shuttle. But you can’t beat the location! Cute outside patio too in nice weather."
