"The hallways were never vacuumed. The sliding door to the balcony was broken. The doors to the master bath wouldn’t close. The toilet in the second bath wouldn’t flush. No hand soap in the bathrooms. We had to ask for enough bath towels for each guest in the room multiple times. Mattresses are very comfortable. The room was a great size and our room was clean but the hallway outside our room was very dirty."

"Wonderful property! Only complaint is there was no soap or shampoo/body wash in the bathroom anywhere! Had to wash hands with dish soap found under the sink. Only stayed one night so didn’t bother to go to the lobby and asked. Tried calling once but was on hold forever."

"Amazing resort! Multiple pools and activities for kids and families. Kids loved the outdoor movie, Gatorland visit and lazy river. We stayed in a 2 bed and bath villa. Room was clean and staff was great. Kitchen had all the utensils. Only 15 minutes away from Disney and 30 minutes away from Universal. Will definitely be returning."

We will continue to go back as long as the price remains reasonable for what you get! We look forward to going there once a year for one to two weeks!
