The parking is sketchy. the hotel has no parking lot but allows the guests to use public parking. i had no problem and got not tickets, but it is an issue.

I appreciated how walkable things were from the location of the hotel. I had quick access to the Forks Market, and I discovered a nature trail that led over to the Manitoba Legislative Building, as well as much of downtown. I may have been lucky with parking, but the parking was not a problem. The view from my room of downtown was incredible!

Was a nice place to stay however I was very upset that I spent over 300$ on a room for 1 night and had to pay for parking. I definitely didn’t receive any extraordinary services to warrant 322$. The least that could have been done was have my parking comped.

The Inn at the Forks has really gone downhill since I stayed there last. Usually stay at Fort Garry. I’ll probably go back there next time, IATF even had to lay off the valet? Hard times all around I suppose. But It was the only thing that made the terrible parking tolerable.
