Wonderful stay at the Quoin. The staff is attentive and friendly and extremely professional. The rooms are spotless with great bed and linens. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very friendly and helpful staff. That goes from the front desk to the valet to the servers in the rooftop bar and restaurant. I chose to park my own car in a indoor garage as I didn’t want to trusted being in an outside lot I’ve had issues and other hotels outside lots in cities I will go back to the hotel for sure Dave Janasek

What a treasure in Wilmington. Absolutely lovely property with excellent service and extra touches to make it stand out. Beautiful decor, fresh In house pastries to start your day and the most welcoming staff. The beautiful roof top bar was an added bonus.

Nice hotel with roof top pleasant bar and gas fire. All front attendance super nice and helpful Only draw back as mentioned in other reviews is water pressure. It was not easy to wash the nice soap off.

We had a beautifully furnished large room. Had a few issues with noise of music from the lobby but as soon as we called about it, it was stopped. We will happily return, but won't use (overpriced) valet parking -- we had to wait a long time for our car even though we'd called in advance. GREAT restaurant!

Great hotel, but bad water pressure.

Beautiful hotel with multiple food and beverage outlets. Service is also very good. My only issue was the shower that had absolutely no water pressure and the temperature was difficult to control. I reported the issue but I am told this from colleagues that stay here a lot that this is a know issue. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Overall excellent

An amazing stay from check in to check out. Very comfortable room with premium linens, towels and amenities. Valet parking very efficient. Side note is they do not serve breakfast - not a big deal to me but could be to some. They offer a self serve coffee bar with one choice of loaf cake and some apples. Just something to know of you enjoy breakfast as part of your get away experience. Also strange not to have any usb charging ports in the room for this price point.

My wife and I recently stayed here booking a deluxe king room. Understanding it was an upgrade from the standard room and obviously more expensive. When we got to our room, it looked more like a standard than a Deluxe. The photos on their room description is a little misleading. In these photos, you can clearly see the difference between the size of a “standard room” and a “deluxe room”. Their claim was because it was booked with a third-party, this was the room that was available to us. Even though we ultimately enjoyed our stay, I left with the feeling of not getting what I paid for

The room was musty. The toilet screetched when flushed. While the staff was pleasant, the service was just not there. Nobody told us complimentary breakfast pastries and coffee were available. When we checked out in the morning, no reception staff was at the desk. We waited several minutes, and then just left our key with the valet. Its a good hotel, just not a very good value for the high price they charge.

Great boutique hotel!

Great boutique hotel with a very friendly and attentive staff. Everything was well maintained and clean. The rooftop bar and restaurant were especially nice with excellent food and cocktail options. There was a hiccup with food timeliness, but the staff made up for it. Additionally, at our check-in on Saturday we were told there would be pastries and coffee in the morning. We planned our departure time accordingly. However, Sunday morning we were told there would not be pastries because of the Sunday brunch (which started after we needed to leave). This was disappointing and caused us to scramble for another breakfast option. If you are allergic to smoke or sensitive to smells I would not recommend staying. Both the 3rd floor hallway and our room smelled like smoke, I am assuming from the restaurant's wood-fired grill. I would stay at and dine at the Quoin again!

This beautiful boutique hotel with the most amazing employees s really a gem. Plan to enjoy your room and the dining that is available all within the property. We were there for a concert and a fabulous date weekend. An area suffering post pandemic economic closings and still going through some changes - is not the hotel’s fault. The best time can be had not leaving the hotel. It’s truly delightful in every single way.
The most amazing bar and dining experience from a James Beard driven chef and a genius bartending team!
