"upgraded to a fantastic suite with terrific view on the executive floor. checked in after 1:30 am and they were very gracious. Had only booked the hotel for 2 nights so the next day tried to extend another 4 nights and was told all rooms were booked. After great help from the manager and ms. fosuzen at the front desk, we were able to negotiate for a special price to continue to use the suite. Suzen had a smile on her face the whole way. Will certainly stay there again next time."

Dessutom upplevde jag det inte som så noggrannt städat, såg hårstrån på golvet som inte var mina. Gymmet och swimmingpoolen var helt klart det bästa! Frukosten hade gärna kunnat få vara tydligare märkt med vad som var vegetarisk/veganskt. "
