Awesome hotel, comfortable and all friendly.

When we first came in, the lady made it so nice. It was quick, she got me more towels happily, always smiled, very pleasant! The room was clean, bigger than we thought it would be and the bed was so comfortable!! Really enjoyed our stay.

It was nice. Staff very friendly. No juice for breakfast for both days. The staff person serving breakfast just shrugged his shoulders and said machine is not working. Their needs to be a backup plan. I'm sure a couple juices could be served in a pitcher!!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and it is my choice for hotels in Williston. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

The room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful but the pool and hot tub were both down, much of the exercise equipment was also non functional. Even the jui c e machine at breakfast didn't work nor was alternative juice provided. We were charged a modest facility fee at checkout which seemed uncalled for since most of their facilities were down.

Great Customer Service & Breakfast

The customer service and the wonderful continental breakfast keeps taking us back to stay at the Best Western Plus in Williston! We get in kind of late and the staff checking us in is always kind and makes sure we have whatever we need.
