"Our room was not ready still at the check in time of 4.00 pm! Once we finally were able to to check in we had to call the front desk for towels and coffee that was not restocked! They use top sheets on the bed as a bottom sheet and we got our feet stuck in the sheets throughout the night! We were supposed to have a double head shower but only half of the shower worked, and when we complaied at check out we wete told, or sorry we knew it wasnt working correctly! Then why werent we told this at check in? For a room (siluite) that costs $ 250.00 a night the entire shower certainly should have been working! We have stayed here before, and it was great! This time the service was completely subpar, and if your room isnt ready to check into at 4.00 pm there is an issue for sure! Then it wasnt even stocked fully when we checked in and management was not helpful! The casino was fun, but honestly the hotel part this time was very disappointing!"

"Each time I went to the office there was an extended wait with no staff and no way to ask for them. The outside of this property was neglected with rusting rails and dirty steps. Inside, the room appeared to be clean however in our room (which had three beds), the second room was unheated with the thermostat installed upside down and not connected. Our door peephole was an empty hole that connected directly to the outside. We did not feel safe here and it was not comfortable (freezing in second room!). "

"Room was so clean. The staff as amazing. The walk to the beach was less then 1/4 of a mile (if staying in a beach house) also the beach access road to drive on the beach is about 1/4 of a mile from the motel. LGBTQIA & fur baby. friendly.."

"Very great place. Right close to the beach. Awesome 10 min walk through beautiful trees. Great area for animals. BBQs and fire pits. Very nice owners. Great price for a quite time and simple living style. "
