When I put in the search for amenities I specified I wanted a pool and this hotel did not have a pool. The smoke from the Canada fires were so bad the hotel smelled like smoke. I was not a good trip we couldn't even go to the beach due to the smoke and not having a pool was a complete disappointment!

Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room letting the used ones accumulate in our bathroom. Clean but definitely not special.

The steakhouse in the casino was absolutely wonderful. The casino is very small and the entertainment was set up so no one could sit down and enjoy. The bars that didn't have gambling machines only had a couple of chairs. It is very obvious they do not want anyone to sitting except infront of a machine or gambing tables.

For the amount that was charged for one night stay there should’ve been atleast a continental breakfast or voucher for one of the restaurants in the casino. Thin walls, horrible coffee. Not worth the money.

Very disappointed i havnt received a reciept for payment and i was charged an extra 100 dollars for what i do not know. Never have i checked out and not received a email receipt or paper copy. What was the 100 dollars even for? Never will i book there again as a result.
