Definitely not the best condition room. It worked for us. It was close to the beach. Check-in was east. Staff is friendly. Parking is tight but they make it work. Walking distance to rides and boardwalk. We will be staying again.

We had a pleasant stay at Royal Court for 2 nights. We were in the grand apartment (room 222) and the room had new floors which were very clean. We had 3 air conditioners which all ran well and the beds were very comfortable. There are also extra pillows in the closet which was a nice added bonus. The bathroom could use some minor updating but it was still clean. We had 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids. This motel is so close to the boardwalk and we all had a great time in the pool as well.

Didn’t get the room I booked, and had to ask to change the room they put me in, it’s not a fancy place but they room was clean , AC worked and TV worked. So no complaints on my end.Staff was friendly and helpful

Parking is weird. They make you leave your car key so they can move your car because the only way to park is to block other people in. Staff was very nice at check in. Cleaning people were having a loud conversation outside our door at like 6am. You can hear everything. It was ok for the price but probably would upgrade to another place next time. Close to Boardwalk definitely a plus. Shower in room was likely clogged cuz water backed up but didn’t really cause an issue.

From the moment I entered the office at check-in……I thought I was completely grossed out. Parking was awful. Conditions were very poor. There was long black hair in every sheet, pillow case, towel and wash cloth. Walls were paper thin….and the list goes on. There was one lone bright spot….the king bed was the softest and most comfortable bed I ever slept on…..go figure.

The room was so nasty I didn’t even stay in there. It has a bad odor, sheets were stained or dirty and bathroom specifically the shower was gross. There is also a $25 fee for sand in the room which is crazy considering the hotel is located in wildwood. You walk to you room and the smell of weed was so strong then you get to your room and it is still so strong that you yourself could get high. Not a good environment for little kids. The pool one the upper deck looked like it was in a different hotel, water was clean and looked really nice. Pool on the ground level was gross, water was cloudy and green and just looked unkept. This would be a hotel that even if it was the last room available I wouldn’t stay there, I just wouldn’t be going. Good luck to anyone who stays there.

Staff is super friendly. It's not the greatest looking place and some things feel sketch but, in the end, this place feels like going to your uncle's place that's always a little off but it's serviceable and not awful and kinda feels like home. It could use some improvements, mostly with updating the aesthetics but if you're looking for reasonable prices and closeness to the Boardwalk and you don't care how things look, it's a great place.

The only thing great about this motel is its location. 1 block from the boardwalk by the third pier. This alone keeps them in business. The room was clean, but otherwise not much else good to say. The staff are hard to reach. The rooms are very old and held together by duct tape. The check in and out times are ambiguous at best. The parking is rough because you are also blocking someone in or being blocked in.
