However, what we were given was just a standard room with two beds. I contacted them via message and asked for a refund for the price difference, but they never responded. The room itself was extremely uncomfortable—very stuffy, dirty, and filled with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. There was no proper ventilation at all. The bedding was unclean, and the bathroom was in a terrible condition and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There was no microwave in the room, and the shower only worked at its highest pressure with no way to adjust it. Overall, it was such an unpleasant stay that we could barely sleep through the night.
