We spent 2 nights here and found ALL staff really friendly and helpful. Most especially in the restaurant and bar. They were excellent. Spa, room and staff all fantastic. We had a meal in the pub (Indian night) and was very disappointed, reminded me of a poor flavoured homemade meal, really not what i expected. Breakfast in the morning was great in every way. Would recommend, just not for the Indian.
