Pool was cooler than we prefer and was located in a shaded area in the middle of the building. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Can't beat the location - short walk to the night market, the Clock Tower and lots of restaurants!"

"Property should be 3 star at best. Fake orange juice and cheap products for breakfast think they are dying as a hotel and trying to cut corners. No lifts. In need of a major refurbishment everything to old and a little run down. I can see it might have warranted a 4 star 10 years ago but by todays standards its not up to the quality of a 4 star or of 4 star service. Leaky bum guns. Lights that do not work. Old aircon systems. Bed was clean but linen marked."
