"First the pro - the idea of this resort, individual villas, is good.
Now the cons:
- The staff had no idea that I was arriving. After 20 minutes of inaction and repeated study of my booking receipt (on my iPhone), they said they would take 15 minutes to make up my room (confirmed by Max on the phone as the more expensive Deluxe Villa). 30 minutes later, they tried to put me in a Superior Villa. Reluctantly, after my insistence that I had booked the Deluxe Villa, they said they needed 15...
"I had the most amazing stay here. Staff was amazing, property was clean and beautiful. It was so peaceful and delightful. I would stay here again and again. Staff met all my needs plus more and also gave me the cutest note with a goodbye gift. Definitely a recommendation to stay when visiting Chiang Mai"
"When we arrived, we did not realize that they had discontinued the elephant encounter. The owner / manager was so kind that he accommodated us with another elephant in excursion and transportation free of charge. The staff was super friendly and their rooms were excellent. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway."
