"AUTO LODGE- HAMILTON’s DREAM MOTEL
My husband and I stayed one night at Auto Lodge Motel in Hamilton on 9/7/2025. Below is our observations:
GOOD POINTS:
1.Super clean. In fact, cleaner than clean. I met the wonderful lady cleaner in early morning of 11/7/2025.
2.Excellent service provided by the lovely Korean lady owner. She gave me with a beautiful smile and greetings.
3.Perfect location on motel alley.
4.Complimentary bottle of milk and two mini packets of Cookies Time chocolate...
"Staff were incredibly friendly. Room was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we could need. The jacuzzi bath was fantastic, just what we needed after a good couple of solid days walking. "
"What I liked: Roomy, Clean, Great Heat Pump, Shower good pressure, long mirror, large dining table, sky sport for hubby
What my family didn’t like: tiny milk, very small cups, no tv in bedroom, Tv located above bed in living area, no couch, blinds were hard to operate
Very nice overall stay. Clean and good shower are the more important things which is why I give 5 stars. "
"Reception was unattended, call button at the entry was helpful, but did not realise anyone was at deak till another customer arrived, would still be standing outside if not for other guest.
Overall great location, walking distance from Casino and right across the road from the mall"
"The owners and staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating for the length of our stay.
They were always checking with us on how we were and could not do enough for us.

"Great location. Heat pumps were amazing and kept the unit cosy. Appreciated having SKY tv and also loved the big thick white towels.

"Great location and fantastic staff! Only issue in room is dryer door was falling off (I forgot to tell front desk when we left). Parking is tight; difficult to turn around, I’ve never been a fan of car stacking, but we didn’t have any issues. Everything else was great!"
