"The staff, particularly L'Oreal and Takayla were friendly and helpful. The room, however, was disappointing. The shower was stained. The refrigerator could only be turned on for 2 hours, then off for 8. The TV required magical powers to turn on (on/off with one remote, hold power for 10 seconds with the other and then use it for channels...), and the beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was very limited (we've had a lot of hotel breakfasts, this was one of the worst) and the pool was closed. It was disappointing overall."

This was our second time staying here, and both experiences have been exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant décor, spotless rooms, and impeccable attention to detail throughout the property. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and creates a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. What truly sets Hotel Avalon apart is the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. Their hospitality made us feel valued and appreciated from the moment we arrived. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway without leaving town. It’s rare to find a hotel where everything consistently exceeds expectations, but Hotel Avalon has done exactly that for us—twice. We have absolutely nothing negative to say and look forward to returning again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a first-class stay in Alpharetta! ❤️ A perfect staycation destination! ❤️"

"Our suite was very spacious and our room very clean upon arrival. Staff was always very helpful and polite. Breakfast was mid but they did have fresh bananas and apples every day which we took advantage of daily even tho we ate out most breakfasts. There was plenty of parking very close to hotel entrance."
